I received a text from this number that stated it was an alert regarding my disability and to call 253 237-3977. When I researched the 253 237-3977 number on this website; it was listed as 100% SPAMMERS and there were many complaints and testimonials regarding the company (or according to one person, 2 companies that claim they want to "help you" with your case. Apparently, once they reach you or you respond, they will not stop harrasing you; even when you tell them to stop and to put you on their Do Not Call List. This seems as if it should be illegal for them to have government files or info involved in Private Private Citizens' Individual National Court Cases.
