Just found out this guy is for real. ACP buys bad debt and owns it. They are calling to collect the defaulted Pay Day Loans or Pay Day Advances... I don't know where you all got your information. I got mine from the BBB. So they are not scammers or spammers. I know there are crazy costs in the contract that I had to pay....I found out on my credit report the hard way. Don't let it go is my advise. It will only cost you 5 times as much if he Does send it to court. They had a legal binding contract with my E signature.

This is a known scam. For a recording of this guy, go here: http://pennlawyer.com/fdcpa.htm or just get it here: pennlawyer.com/payday.mp3. Do not pay this man. He will threaten federal fraud. It is all a lie to terrorize you. Do not be fooled. This is probable criminal activity on his part.

Mr. Martin says he is from a company called ACP. He is a scammer that says he is collecting for a payday loan. He will harass you and tell you that he will file a lawsuit or criminal charges if you don't pay. After talking with my lawyer, state attorney general, local police and the FTC, they said that they are a complete fraud.
