they have called my Mom twice!! and they want her checking account number - both times when she doesn't "cooperate" they get very rude and **** up!! We had just c****ed her medical insurance - so she was upset thinking it was the new company - I knew it was a scam - and see that the number is from Vegas! I will report this to the police, thanks dorien972 - My Mom has already had three other instances of fraud on her checking account - the one I didn't catch in time and the bank would not reverse - I now check her account EVERY DAY - I can't really c****e it due to her direct deposits. It's so frustrating!

When this caller calls he told me he was from Chase Bank. Claiming that someone was trying to get money from my account. He had my account inforomation, however I had this problem before, and he didn't follow procedure. I knew that this was a scam. Go to your local police department and file a report, they in turn will forward this to Las ***as NV PD they are currently looking into this matter. Put your bank on alert. He also said that the Company that was trying to get the money was Med PDRX for 419.00

It is a scam, caller stated he was with American Medical Savings and they had recieved and application and check from me but check was not signed. He read off my complete contact information, Address and checking and routing numbers. He then asked if i had sent in application to which i replied i had not. He then wanted to tranfer me to their "legal recording" department to answer "a series of questions" so that they could cancel application and refer it to their fraud department. I obtained as much as i could from him, including a bogus check number, and told them they could cancel and application without legal recording and that i was contacting my bank to report this. I have since contacted my bank and had all my account information c****ed. He also was almost convincingly concerned over the "possible fraud", with the way he talked, i'm sure they have scammed many people.
