These people are driving me CRAZY! I attended a concert at the Las Vegas Hilton the end of Jan 2010 and ever since then I have been getting phone calls from this number. The caller s****s by asking me if I enjoyed my concert at the Hilton or if I enjoyed my stay at the Las Vegas Hilton. I actually did not STAY at the Hilton just ordered tickets via their box office and attended a concert there. They then tell me I've won 3 free nights at a time share named Royal Resort (or so****ing like that) blah blah blah. Then they ask for my credit card number to secure my reservation. I did not wish to give out my credit information over the phone but they said that was how they had to book the reservations. VERY PERSISTENT! That all happened a month after my stay. I contacted the Las Vegas Hilton to find out if the offer was legit and that I was concerned with being asked that my phone number was being used by someone and that they knew I had been to the LV Hilton and attended a show there. They didn't know anything about it but said they would look into it. LV Hilton called back & said that it was indeed a legit offer. Now the calls have s****ed a***n and they won't stop! I just cannot seem to convince these people to take me off their call list. HELP!!!

Received call today from Tammy about a resort package that I could use within 18 months at no cost although would have to pay a small refundable deposit when I make the reservation. Would send info by mail. Said I was getting the call because I had seen a show at the Las Vegas Hilton a while back and had registered in a contest for a free car. I don't remember doing that, although I did see a show at the Hilton in Las Vegas. After confirming my address, she said she would transfer me to shipping department about sending me the info, but then call was cut off when I was put on hold. She was not **** or pushy. And I did not give out any personal info as she already had my name and address. Wanted to know if I was married, single, and under or over a certain income level. But that was it. Did not ask for credit card info which I would not have given anyway. But I did say "yes" to question about my address for sending the info. She did not call back, nor did anyone else. Don't know what purpose was of going that far with the call.

I am getting these calls too. They appear they are from the Las Vegas area. Usually a company will give you who they represent. If they are evasive, insist on the answer. S**** a log. If you receive too many calls you can block them or turn them in to the Police though I would be suprised they will be involved. Your phone carrier may wish to help, but it might cost you. It might be worth it for the next several months just to rid yourself of the pest. BUT, above all, DO NOT give them any further information. Chances are you did not win the car, but you won yourself a prize of pestulence.

I got the same call as DH in Tucson with the exact same pitch using the Las Vegas Hilton. I'm going to call the BBB or my radio show that does consumer watch.
