I got 3 text messages sent to my cell from this number, but it had nothing to do with getting a gift voucher. The sender is www.atnpromo.com I went to their site, they provide a contact email. I had replied to one of their text telling them I don't know how they got my cell, but I'm on the national donotcall.gov list, and that their actions are an infringement on my privacy, so I have filed a formal complaint and told them to loose my number. I don't know about your particular cell phone company, but they charge for incoming text unwanted or not.
