Bill collector from this # keeps calling the work cell phone # I recently inherited when I c****ed providers. I put his # into my phone to identify it as a wrong number. He keeps calling me. I asked him who he was today and he got abusive. "I'm Paul Fscking soandso. It's an accident buddy"I told him it's not an accident b/c he calls me everyday. I told him I saved the # in my phone. He got extremely abusive at this point. Called me a fscking ****y, and kept spouting off expletives. Apparently he's calling for "some black guy named ****." I'm contacting the FCC.
