Someone named Josh called me and left me a message stating that he was from the prize claim center of IL and I was entered in a national contest for a 2009 ford explorer or 25,000 cash. My name was selected and won one of 3 major prizes and to call 1800471408 to claim my prize. I called back both numbers just to mess with the guy - he didn't pick up.

The number displayed on my caller ID gave the name "The Prize Claim." I didn't pick up on the phone call as I've never heard of them nor signed for any prizes. I don't want to waste my time with calls like this. The phone rang nearly 20 times before they gave up. W***ver The Prize Claim is - they are determined to talk to someone.

Called and left message that I had won a Ford Explorer and I needed to call back a 800# to arrange where to pickup my prize, learned from friend that this is a scam the cops are pulling to arrest people with outstanding warrents as small as unpaid parking tickets, when you show up to claim your prize.

I received a call from The Prize Claim telling me they represented Northwoods Mall. I was told I had won a Ford Explorer, flat screen TV or vacation. When I said I was not interested he called me a d*** head, told me he was giving the prize to my neighbor, and then ***g up. Real class act.

Foreign sounding woman called and asked for me. When I said "this is she", she ***g up. Instead of clearing the line, I left the phone off of the hook to see what she would do. She repeatedly picked up and slammed the phone down. Sounds VERY *****. Beware.
