I just got a call on my cell phone about a half hour ago. A man told me to hold for an "attorney". Some foreign man comes on and asks me if I have a lawyer representing me for money I received last fall from "instantcash". I did take a payday loan a month or so ago and had applied to several online. Unfortunately he had all my information, bank account number, social security number, etc. I stated I had no idea what he was referring to and he told me not to ignore his call. He stated I owed over 8,000.00. VERY SCARY!

No just left numerous texts. never mentioned attorney's name. Looked up instacash as one of the previous posters mentioned and they are in Scottsdale Arizona. I know for awhile I was receiving similar calls from 777discount club also out of Scottsdale arizona. I actually filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General. Which was an absolute joke and waste of time. The companies attorney actually sent the AG a bogus customer service record and the AG did absolutely NOTHING. I recommend looking up complaints for 777discountclub.com. www.unlimitedlocalsavings.com. AND a host of others who apparently are owned by The Tavos Group of Companies.

I recv'd call from foreign man telling me I would be taken to court for not paying a loan to Instacash. I would be served in 24 hours and had to be at court on Monday morning. Told me they would come to my work and get me and take me to jail. Asked them what attorney and they said James Freeman.

Someone, somewhere, somehow has to be able to stop these people. I contacted to Redding, California police department. Who knows what will come of it. Maybe you can go into your cell phone provider and block their number. That will keep them from contacting you.
