This person contacted me and tried to established a relationship. In numerous occasion this person allegedly a woman, who happened to send me a photo of supposedly her passport, this woman claimed to be living with her ***her who's in social security pension and who's jobless. She claimed to be out of money and that her phone bill was not paid and in order for her to use the phone in question, she needed to be connected with a WiFi so she can used the application for WhatsApp. I requested, even though she was able to used the WiFi, she still be able to use the feature of video call, she did but the audio was then another issue, were later on she claimed that her phone was old. After experiencing that this person was indeed trying to communicate, I then offered to pay for her phone by calling to her carrier and giving them the name of the account and the phone number for me to pay the bill via phone. She claimed that if I provide her with the amount of $100.00 she could pay the two months she was behind, and the card that she would be able to trade with a bitcoin account that she claimed, she could then pay the past due amount. I did sent her the card she wanted and she was amazed that I did sent her the money which I added to the $100.00 an additional $40.00. She showed so much emotion that she said she was going to make some errands and head out to do the transactions to have the phone paid...suddenly, the so called taxi she used, she ended up loosing her phone, she contacted me through another platform we met before using her personal WhatsApp account. She claimed that she lost her phone by leaving it in the taxi cab. And that she was going to be without a phone and she was going to be with no phone for who knows for how long...my senses s****ed to kick in and I s****ed to believe and at the same time I s****ed to think this is somehow a lie, but I decided to wait and see how long this is going to take. I told her to call the cab company that they normally will call their dispatch for anyone reporting a lost phone and probably linking the passenger of the cab with the phone found. Then she said that one of her uncles where in the process in tracking the company cab driver. Then suddenly the phone was located and that the cab driver was heading to her address to deliver her lost and found belongings; then she claimed that out of the money I sent her, she had to pay the cab driver $70.00 dollars for driving to her home address to pay for the time the driver had to divert his daily routine. So far the story was believable, I used to be a Lyft driver and people leave stuff in your car and you have to report it to the agency in case the owner calls, and yes customers do pay for the drivers to deliver their belongings back to them. So I never though this woman was the remotely scammer, I then offered to replace the $70.00 and send her back the amount she needed to pay her phone and that the cab ride was on me. She at first s****ed to say, don't worry, I already had send her money, that she will ask her ***her she's living with for the money. I offered that I would send her the money. Then she s****ed talking out of the blue how much she would like to fulfill her dream about making a music track; I asked what was a music track, then she claimed that she wanted to make a song and that she could use a friend of hers to make that track who's in the music business. I asked her what could making a track cost, she mentioned that it could cost up to $250.00. I then s****ed to say, "so, you pay this amount to this so called friend of yours, and he put your track in the music market and then what?" "what's the cut this friend of yours is going to collect from this winnings if your song gets a hit?" she said, "he'd obtain a 40% of the winnings" She kept on and on, and this is a 27 year old woman, who had send me her passport picture and she immediately deleted from the WhatsApp, not thinking that my phone will collect that picture in the gallery regardless of her deleting it in the application used. So when I was going to replace the money she paid $70.00, I told her that I was going to Walmart to send her the money. She then said that why I don't use the same ****od I used the first time; and here is when I s****ed to think she's playing with me or she's trying to hide so****ing from me. She didn't wanted me to send her the money cash she wanted me to add funds to the ITunes card I was asked the first time I sent her the $140.00. I s****ed to doubt now, she s****ed to say that she wanted me to sent her that money because she can get some sort of interest and that she can also obtain some sort of points that ultimately can reward her with an Apple laptop. I then had a discussion with her and told her that I find it hard to believe that you can get some sort of interest by trading the ITunes card and make more money. That I would like to know the trick so I can s**** making money myself if it was that good. She then s****ed to be more argumentative and s****ed to put pressure in how much money I was going to send. So, I didn't reply to any of her messages and I purchase another ITunes card for the value of $150.00, and held it. She s****ed to send me messages that I should send her my info so she can return the money I sent her originally, that she's not a scammer and that I should give her my info so she can reattribute the first money. All of this texts came after not being in contact with her for a day, and she kept on and on. So I decided to reply that the money I sent her was solely a good deed and that she don't have to send anything back. But she kept on and on demanding that I must receive the money back and that I can't accuse her of being a scammer. I laughed at this comments that I ended up sending her the other $150.00 I had purchased that it was supposed to be for the $70.00 she paid and I wanted her to have an additional $80.00 for her to use since she was jobless. Then she s****ed to reassuring me that she wasn't a scammer and that we should get past that and s**** to get to know each other more and that she can't wait for this pandemic to be over with so she can travel to Florida to spend time with me. Then we communicated for a day and then the next day she happen to feel sick with headache, that she doesn't feel she has any symptoms of COVID-19, and she headed to the hospital. At first I s****ed to think, what will be next, that every time we talked was always so****ing, then I s****ed to express that we should be using voice talk more than keep on texting all of the time. She then said that when she get a new phone we will be able to talk more, that when she gets home she will ask her dad for his phone to talk to me, then during our text, we where on hold because she needed to do so****ing...then she asked me what kind of phone do I had and that she wanted to have one, and she kept on saying her phone really ****s and that she really needed to know if she could get one, I told her nothing was stopping her in obtaining one, that all she needed to do was call her phone carrier and see if they offer the pay as you go; but I s****ed to realize, how would she pay that if she doesn't have a job. At this time I didn't make any****umption as to offer, all I tried to was encourage her to do it that way, then she said that the nurse who was taking her vitals has one, and she put me in hold. Then she comes back strong, that she wanted one. That this phone is really cool and that what do I think. I didn't replied because I was getting to****ume she wanted me to say, "Aww honey, yes I think you should have it", but instead I said, "Ok, and what do you want me to think, I already said how you can go about to obtain such a phone." Then she has the audacity to tell me that I should get the phone for her, that the nurse she was talking to has another Iphone and she's selling it for $500.00. I immediately, when through the roof with this and decided to cut the cord, I told her that absolutely not, that first of all we have not met for s****ers and that she's not in a position to ask me like if we where married. I then told here that this is it and that I am deleting her info and block her from my phone. That I wish her a good luck and take care.

Someone called from this Washington State number and asked me to get hold of a neighbor. When I couldn't help, she ***g up. I called number back and learned that it was a Julee from Benchmark Recovery. She just said to ignore the call. Pretty sneeking, if not illegal, involving neighbors with collection efforts!
