This is an automated call, they did respond to a couple of questions, I asked who ordered it, I did not. They then said it must be a gift from someone. So I asked what are the monthly service charge, and he just s****ed talking over me and trying to ignore all other questions. They have called several times and are out of Cleveland, TN. Each time it is a little different. He can't tell me who I am, but is asking to verify the shipping address. If this is not a scam it is for sure a phishing attempt. I'm looking for where I can report the number.

We have gotten numerous calls from this company/number. They state they are from the shipping department wanting to schedule delivery of our medical alert system. The only problem is WE DIDN'T ORDER A MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM. And when we try to tell them this, they just keep talking. Finally after their call tonight I realized that the person on the other end is a computer program that is designed to respond when anyone who is called says anything, hence you cannot yell at them to leave you alone and to lose your number.

You people are goofy with your "Do Not Call" whining. Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are. The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

Scam, of course, but it was fun telling the guy (after pressing 1 to get a live person) that he's a crook and that his mother would be ashamed of him. Like he cares anyway...
