(407) 771-0887 - October 11th, 2011 4:50pm
Chases tactics go way beyond phone calls... Set up an appointment at the banks ...Finally the third time I went. During that time someone broke in my house and ripped the safe right out of the wall. Coincidence... I don't think so.
(407) 771-0887 - October 18th, 2011 4:30pm
Is this really chase? They keep calling me twice per day, allegedly demanding a payment from 4 months ago. Quite su****ious. I will complain to chase and FTC.

I too have been getting repeated calls from "Chase", but up until today it was a different number. They call all day long beginning at 8:00 in the morning and go until 9:00 at night. I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov, and I also filed a complaint with the FTC. The FTC sent me a letter telling me there was nothing they could do! So I found a simple remedy. I let my answering ma****e pick up, then I pick up the receiver. When my outgoing message stops and it beeps, I hold the receiver next to the answering ma****e and it makes an awful scree****g noise... it's painful to the ears, even mine. When the scree****g stops, it means the caller has ***g up. I did this for four or five days and the calls stopped. Now, however, they are calling on a different number so I will have to use my remedy a***n.
(407) 771-0887 - January 7th, 2010 9:22pm
They ****up the phone after we say*****o, also they speak in a short form. Like i ask them who are they; then they said that they are from Chase credit card. But so far they gave me more than 50 calls in one week. Most of the time they ****up the phone afetr I say*****O, for which I lose my cellphone minutes. Also if they are calling me for any commercial purpose, then they are suppose to ****up the phone without saying anything.
(407) 771-0887 - January 8th, 2010 2:07pm
They call all the time day and night!! Never leave a message and I've had it! I never answer a call I don't know. It would be nice if they would just leave a message! They call up to 9 times in a day! SCAM!!

(407) 771-0887 - August 31st, 2009 4:00am
Ok folks, here are some things you can do.... Answer the first time they call each day, and tell them this "I have to advise you that I am recording this call". (BTW you SHOULD record all calls). They will most likely reply that they do not give you permission to record the call. If they keep talking say "As I informed you this call IS being recorded, if you continue this discussion I will take it as you giving approval for the call being recorded". If they didn't **** up before, they will now... The law only allows them to call ONE TIME PER DAY if they actually speak to you, so they will leave you alone the rest of the day. If they keep calling you can sue them, if they call over and over a***n and ***ody is there when you answer you can sue them.... Keep good records and you can end this thing with them having to pay YOU instead of the other way around.... On a side note... DO NOT go with a debt consolidation firm!! You can do it yourself! The credit card companies are desperate. I wasn't even really behind (15 days because I forgot to pay)but they must have thought I would be defaulting because they called and offered a 43% settlement right off the bat on our first phone call. I probably could have done better if I had tried, but hey they offered so I took it. I made a condition be that nothing bad would appear on my credit report (made them put that and the settlement amount in a letter), and they agreed.... Right now you have all the power, don't let them push you around... Just keep in mind that whatever amount they forgive is taxable, so make sure you have enough money to cover the taxes.... Enjoy

It is Chase Visa. Although I have provided accurate contact information as POA on an account- they insist on calling a cell phone (which is not my own) and a friend's house simply because I used each ONCE to call CHASE for account information. They also call from a 402 Sanford Fla number. It is important to note that neither number I called from was given to CHASE- yet they c****ed contact numbers without my approval to the ones listed above. Not only is it an invasion of privacy; unauthorized manipulation of an account- IT IS ******. They will never reach me, or the account holder calling these numbers!
(407) 771-0887 - March 26th, 2009 4:00am
This just s****ed happening to me- they had a very old address on me and knew of my ex- but they wanted my SS#. Wated a payment on past due on a Amazon card I do not have. I said NO WAY- asked for a # to call them back, it was fake- a non-working #.They Never any messages- now would a real CC co do that? I really doubt it! I've gotten nothing in the mail- I am 99% sure this is a scam.
(407) 771-0887 - July 24th, 2009 3:59pm
Caller said they are with Chase and have an item that needs clarification with my account. They need my name, address and social security number, which I refuse to give over the phone. We do not have a Chase account so my husband got on the line and the caller said that perhaps they got the wrong number since our last name is a common one, which it is not. They will call back. Is this an iden***y theft scam?
(407) 771-0887 - June 29th, 2009 2:46pm
They called twice, left no message. I have recently been getting such calls from various sources. So I called them back. My dime. They asked for my 16 digit account number. I don't have one. So they asked for my SS#. I refused. I asked why they were calling me. The B wouldn't discuss that with me. She wished me a wonderful day, and I wished her so****ing before she could **** up on me.
(407) 771-0887 - November 15th, 2009 1:54pm
Like others we get calls from this number all day everyday every 30 minutes and no message is left. If they have the decencey to let people know who is calling they might get a response I just ignore the calls if they dont want me to know who they are I dont want to talk to them glad I have an ignore ****on on my phone
(407) 771-0887 - July 19th, 2009 3:59pm
what the heck is it with anyone who would dial a number....my cell phone in this case and NOT leave a message? If this was a legimate call, they would leave return number to call, reason for calling and state either their name or someone in particular to call abck along with credentials so that you'd know it's okay to call back. No tickee- No laundry.

Here is an update. Perhaps it will help some of you out there in Internet Land. My number used to belong to Jacob S***maker of Everson WA. The sites address.com, reversephonedective.com, and intellus.com, the sponsored links, are nearly a year out of date. No wonder these people keep calling my number believing it to be Jacob S***maker. No wonder Jacob S***maker got a new number.

I get calls from this number every day . . . Even Sundays. Sometimes early in the morning too. They are Chase Bank collections and when I answer, I tell them that I have no idea who they are asking for and that I will soon be talking with an attorney if they don't stop hassling me. They continue to call so now I answer the phone and talk over them until they **** up. I speak loudly, in a threatening tone, and use lots of ******ity and insults. I am not proud of what I find myself doing sometimes when they call me, but I am at my wit's end so to speak.
(407) 771-0887 - October 18th, 2008 4:00am
This is NOT Chase bank! I did call Chase @ their 1-800 number from my statement, and they have zero record of anyone calling my number, in fact they don't even know the phone number that was used. The best bet is to register on www.donotcall.gov, and also log a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission @ www.ftc.gov where you will receive a claim number (keep this!). I've been receiving these calls about 15 times per day and no one is ever there to answer. If this doesn't work I'm going to my state representative for advice!
(407) 771-0887 - February 5th, 2008 5:00am
They will not stop! They **** up when I answer nasty because I see their number. They claim they can move money from 1 acct to another for me for a future payment due 5 days from now. Do they not realize I can move money on line, myself? or go to the bank? *****S! Like I would give authorization for a money move over the phone to someone who claims to be from Chase, when the phone # states it is no longer in service, if redialed?Caller ID: 407-771-0887 FloridaCaller: Chase
(407) 771-0887 - June 6th, 2008 4:00am
Yea. I received a call from this number to and they answered with a simple*****o. When I asked who they were and why they kept calling me and ****ing up... they told me that they were a card services. I asked with who and they said Chase. I told them to quit calling and they proceeded to ask questions trying to obtain personal information about who I was and the number that they were calling. I just ***g up on them and they still keep calling!
(407) 771-0887 - April 6th, 2008 1:23pm
The caller ID says Chase Visa but they never leave a message. Very annoying. Must be a telemarketer for debt consolidation and not Chase Visa. Doing a Google search turns up various complaints a***nst this number with several people identifying the number as a nuisance and worse as a debt consolidation telemarketer dialing at random. I called Chase using a Chase 800 number and they said they never contacted me according to their computer files.

I called them back at the 407-771-0887 number. They answered. It IS Chase Bank for credit cards. My ex-spouse had my number as the contact number. I told them the correct number, and had my number removed. I guess he wasn't paying the bill...

Keep getting calls several times a day; s****s at 8 a.m. ends at 8 p.m. Finally called the number; some lady answered but wouldn't identify. I have never had an account with Chase Bank. Please make these people stop! Caller ID: 407-771-0887
