An elderly neighbor received a text from this number on 10/30/25 stating that they "inspected her roof and found a significant amount of damage requiring immediate action. It may mean thousands of dollars for repairs. Please contact us so we can begin to address this issue." She lives in a townhouse community covered by an HOA, which had recently had all the roofs inspected and any repairs needed were done. The HOA management company confirmed this did not originate from anyone affiliated with them. SCAM!

821am woke me up. left no msg. called back immediately-recording says "press 1 to speak with sol(?), 2 to be removed from our list." First pressed 1, "Goodbye"! pressed 2 'to be removed from list'. Been Verified shows call from Wilfredo Wood
