Robo Voice Message was trying to verify me as a person or representative for me - no company name given
(313) 444-6004
Said it was BCBS prescription advocate. Asked for me by name and asked me to verify by saying or pressing 1, etc. I don’t get prescriptions through BCBS.

If it is truly a call from Blue Cross, it will have a prefix number of “225”. ie: 1(313)225-xxxx. It is always 225. I worked there for 45 yrs. That is the prefix they have always had for calls from Detroit for SE Michigan subscribers.

Same caller/message as above only this time it was from Blue Cross prescriptions instead of advocate. I have Blue Cross but don't order prescriptions from them or contact them re prescriptions. And this robo call is never during business hours. It's usually evening or other non-working hours. And I have no prescriptions on order anywhere.

Keeps calling & 1st it's "I'm sorry we can't take your call" etc. Then it says from Blue Cross advocate & call is for my name. Press 1 if they have right party, press 3 if not. Then because I don't answer, they can't understand & will call back again, & they do every day. But I have nothing to do with any advocate service & I am not pressing buttons.
