His name is Ben Narter. He has been scamming people for years. I know ths because he scammed me. In order to put a stop to his theft we have to come together and contact the Illinois attorney general and report him. Also contact local tax authorities and tell them he is running an illegal business and not claiming his taxes. this is really the only way it will come to an end. Otherwise he will just continue to scam and take peoples hard earned money. He lies and decieves people who are in a bae financial condition. This guy has no heart whatsoever and is after one thing only. Money.
