****up call from an unknown person at an unrecognized number. So, clearly some sort of spam.... Another site also said the carrier was ONVOY, but many had NO location/carrier at ALL. And the only hit on Google was for some bogus front site for Spokeo which said the call came from "Northublnd, PA"....
