Caller claimed he/she is representing Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) but the call appears to be coming from a wireless phone. I had an issue relating to ComEd leaving a huge Utility Pole and plopping it in front of my home and I made some calls. I got this call days later from the cell phone. Sounded strange. Said they just called because they saw I called in with a complaint. Strange.
