Sounded like a recorded male voice talking about fund raising for fire fighters in Pennsylvania but seems like a scam. I got exact same message and voice from two other numbers recently. Always ****s up when I challenge the caller to identify themselves.

I got a call from this number saying that they were the IRS and I was being sued. When I questioned the validity of their call, they began to violently cuss at me. Please don't fall for this scam.
