This is a pre-recorded message from "John" of Consumer so****ing-or-other who wants to help with your credit cards. At the end of the message, a prompt to press "1" reportedly takes you on to a service representative, while pressing "2" is supposed to remove you from their call list. When I pressed "2", it simply s****ed the entire pre-recorded message all over a***n.
