      Miss Morgan called from this number regarding our JCPL electric bill. She called on my cell that is NOT the phone associated with the electric bill. Since I sent the call to voicemail she requested a call back on the same number an gave the code J320 to reference. I went to the First Energy website and they mentioned scam phone calls. We are not in arrears on our electric bill so that is not the reason for the call. I will call the Customer Service number on the bill to verify if the caller is a valid agent of JCPL. I suspect it is a scammer as i have been scammed before on “unusual charges to your Apple ID”. My cell number is on the Dark Web.
