After hearing a little about what he had to say, I was polite and told them I was not interested. He kept trying to talk over me. I eventually got a word in and told him the conversation was over, and ***g up. Subsequently, the same broker has called a few more times within about a week. I told him once a***n I just am not interested. Was I not clear? As someone in sales, I can't understand why why he would want to waste his time rather than move on to his next victom, I mean "client".

These guys need to stop calling!

hello,     Im looking at some of the things you people are saying about this company and Im really  having a hard time understanding how you people can write negative things about a company you dont know. I have over 2 million USD with one of the partners. I have been a partner at one of the big 4 for 10 years I opened my account 3 years ago and i am up around 14% a year. I did a few privet placements and i hit on one and the others went flat. This is what the market is about, it has risks. Im looking at the comment from britwithsomedollarstoinvest and you have no idea what you are talking about. I dont care how much you look up a comapny you trust are you ******? I have an account with  goldman and its down 7%.  (who cold called me) I have a local one with nat west and its made me 2 %. Its the broker and not the company. Like UK man said go to finra and look up your broker. I s****ed my account with 2000 USD and look what i have in it now. You have to give some one a chance and if it does work out move on. If a broker cant make you money with 2k he cant make you money with 10 million. If you dont have an account with them you shouldnt talk bad about some one. Its how they feed their familys. Just so you know britwithsomedollarstoinvest they are one of the only firms in the world that use CANSLIM Investing System with a CFA, CPA and CMT what qualifications do you have? Or for that matter what qualifications do any of you have?

I work for one of the top law firms in the world and i have an account with them. They also gave me a referral from a man working in one of the  top accounting firm's in the world. I opened my account with 15k in PBR even though PBR has gone down I am holding it for a long term investment. While holding it my broker made me buy 3000 shares of linked in and made 85% and 2500shares of  brocade that i am up almost 19%. My account is up almost 93% and im very happy. They have sent me my first sum of money back and are now using my profits to invest. ITS NOT THE FIRM ITS THE BROKER YOU DEAL WITH. At first i didnt want to work with these guys cause i lost around 100k with E1****ets but i looked up PBR and asked for a person located in the UK i could speak to. They gave me what i asked for and now i am very happy with the out come. If you are going to invest with a smaller firm please check on the company go to www.finra.com and look up the broker.Finra is our FSA. The firm isnt the broker you deal with just make sure you look up your broker. If a broker keeps pushing the firm on you he has gotten in trouble.

I worked for a simlar company and have friends working there. It is a legit firm, but it a scam in the sence of promesing you high returns in a short period of time( If you beleive that , you are ******). They use strong sells techniques and most of the time that can be anoying.The main problems with these companies is that they don't really do a research in the stocks that they are selling. They pick the most easy and attractive to sell. They choose the pitch that would sound better and would convence you to buy. If they had a research team and financial anlyst to advice the sales force, they would end up bringing value to their clients. However, they pick a very volitile stock that is easy to sell and force you to buy. You can really make a short good return on it in the short run, but your probablity of losing in the same proportion is bigger, because in the end, they don't time the price of the stock

cold calling is a part of that biz. Thats there job cause a guy calls you and asks you to invest means nothing. jp morgan, goldman and every single other firm in the world cold calls you, you people are *****s. i am not this type of broker i work for jp and we do the same s**t. its not a scam you may not make money you may make money but its not by any means a scam. like clne that company obama talks about and doesnt andrew littlefair and t boone pickens like own the company. thats a real scam *****s. this guy from germany is a real ****** a** too. just cause your a piker todd doesnt mean you should post s**t and hurt peoples biz. you people are un real to talk about a company you never had money with and say its a scam. f***ing *****s

Just got a call from this company.  A guy named Mike called asking me about Microtron Technologies.  It sounded like a phishing scam.  Sounds like others experienced the same type of call: Acted like I knew him and owed him for a stock performing, Acted like I was a savy investor, wanted me to invest $11,000.Now, maybe this is a real-deal firm, but it seems fishy to call me out of the blue to ask me about stocks, since I haven't ever invested before.  Also, I'm in no position to do so.  He continued to pursue and tried to make a point that he HAD to make some money off of me.  I tried three times to politely let him go, but to no avail.  I eventually was late to a business meeting, so no chance I'm doing business with this company, even if it is legit.

These guys keep calling - seriously, I use my own brokers because I did the research to find people I trust. Cold calling is a numbers game and these guys are clearly on the bottom rung of the sales ladder. If they were any good they would qualify you in 20 seconds and when they realisae you are not going to invest they would **** up on you - they are clearly amateurs. Gotta s**** somewhere I guess.

Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and every investment firm in the world has retail desks trading stocks, cold calling.  You guys are ******ed with this cold call bashing ****.  Look at the stocks these guys are recomending to you they are all up and are 1bb dollar corporations that trade millions of shares a day.  Its called research.  Maybe if you understood anything about investing your retirement accounts wouldent be down 50% with you still cheering funds.  Good Luck.

I am in tickler file too - I told them I would track an inevestment - that actually did perform as advertised based on an FDA drug approval - then fell to initial level.  Now that I saw it on paper - every time the guy gets me on the phone he does hard sell and then acts like you owe him - just 20K to show it works.

I just got a call from this company.  They acted like they knew me and proceeded the hard sell!  I am ticked!!  I am going to warn folks.   So Joe  if you feel like this is the way to do business then get don't get upset when people feel like your company is ****** because you use ****** tatics

I also got called, same telephone number. Asked him to send me info via e-mail and then did some research on the internet. Same experience as you guys. I forwarded the message in my company, this will be blocked on a global scale.

these people are like Madoff. They want to gamble with my money. I think the gov't should discourage people from this kind of practices. Produce some thing than build wealth out of nothing.

This is actually a legit brokerage firm, based out of northern NJ. However, they are very small which is probably the reason why they cold call people and nag them up the**** to open accounts with them. I found this out when I was looking for a broker job they contacted me the morning after I applied. The CEO emailed me personally, and called me personally to set up and interview. Right there I knew so****ing was a bit off.. Turns out after some research my job responsibilities would probably be so****ing like cold calling for breakfast lunch and dinner. Even if I was to open accounts, I really was not looking to be a broker to persuade strangers into investing their hard earned money with me with the****ential of losing it all.

Called last last week with a "truly exceptional opportunity". I declined and told them there was no way I would give them any money on a cold call, so not to call a***n. Called early this week and I told him I'd already spoken to them last week. He went silent and then ***g up. Telephone number was blocked.

He calls and ****s up. It is truly annoying. Calls early in the morning and throughout the day. You call them and ask them to remove the number and they still call. Isn't there a law a***nst this??

They keep calling for months, even when working they keep talking and talking... quite aggressive ***ters, I am from Europe as well. No longer a caller ID now, just the ma****e gunning in my ears for yet another exceptional stock.

Get the same calls every week from Pendulum Capital. Unreal how annoying and aggressive these guys are. Ask them to take you off the list means you'll just get called more often.

You will lose your complete money investment when you have transferred it to them. No chance to get it back, just a big fraud ! Got other calls before from other fraud companies (Fosse McKenzie Financial, Kimura Financial) and lost a lot of money on this way. So beware of the fraudsters !

These bozo's call at least every other week making all kinds of claims on investments and returns. Now they block their caller ID. Very pushy and foul mouthed about other brokers. Claims to be doing business with all my collegues but get silent when I ask them who? They even forget when they called last ans that I asked them not to call anymore. Can't I nail them for that?

Pretty certain this is a scam. Caller Michael Attansio or so****ing similar sounding also claiming to be from Pendulum Markets. Very pushy, looking to get you to open an account with him. Probably never to see that money a***n once you wire it to them!

same thing - very aggressive person, asking if I am active in the market, which broker I am working with, does not answer my questions for email or where he has my number from. Trying to find out which stocks I have invested in.

CALLS ALL THE TIME AT WORK ASKING FOR "TOM", I SAY HE NO LONGER WORKS HERE, AND THEY **** UP, BUT THEY KEEP CALLING BACK 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. GET THE HINT MAN!
